No, the diverse supplier is not ready to scale with a large corporation.

Starting from this moment forward, NO will now be a word which carries a positive connotation. It is not the absence of approval.

My name is Pamela Isom, President/CEO of ICE Safety Solutions, and I have been told NO since the day I was born.

NO, your skin is too dark, NO your skin is too light, NO you are not smart enough.  Despite the challenges, I had a successful career as a biologist prior to starting a safety training & consulting firm to:

Ensure no employee becomes ill, injured or losses a life at work.

My safety consulting firm defines, starts and runs OSHA compliance programs to mitigate injury & illness for corporations across the US.

But, the NO’s started all over again from major corporations.

NO, your firm is too small. NO, you do not have the right experience. NO, you do not have the ability to scale.

So I had a paradigm shift: NO = NEW Opportunity

New Opportunity to subcontract with a large firm to gain experience.
New Opportunity to be certified as a MBE and be sponsored to UCLA and Tuck Entrepreneur Programs to scale my company.
New Opportunity to be mentored by Toyota Motors USA.
